Valley of Fire - Wedding Packages

• Minister – includes traditional or civil ceremony (all fees included)
• Professional Photographer – minimum of 50 high resolution pictures on a photo CD
• DVD of the Ceremony

• Includes traditional music or you may bring your own iPod music
• A small hand tied 6-rose bouquet for the bride (color limited to availability)

  bride and groom and up to 6 guests

NOTE:

• For more than 10 guests, a package 2 or higher must be booked.
• All weddings booked 2 hours prior to sunset-through sunset must
  select a package 3 or higher.
• Allow 3 hours minimum for travel, ceremony, and photos
• For sunset weddings, you must book a package 3 or package 4.
• All Valley of Fire weddings must be booked at least 7 days in advance in order for us to get the permit for the State Park.
• For more than 20 guests, a package 3 or 4 must be booked. Per State Park regulations, there is a maximum of 50 guests at all Valley of Fire weddings.
• For more than 25 guests, there is an additional charge of $100 per package.

Includes everything in package 1 plus:

• An additional 50 photos (total 100 minimum)
• A medium hand tied 12-rose bouquet for the bride
• For sunset weddings, you must book a package 3 or package 4.
• All Valley of Fire weddings must be booked at least 7 days in advance in order for us to get the permit for the State Park.
• For more than 20 guests, a package 3 or 4 must be booked. Per State Park regulations, there is a maximum of 50 guests at all Valley of Fire weddings.
• For more than 25 guests, there is an additional charge of $100 per package.

• A large hand tied 18-rose bouquet for the bride

• For more than 20 guests, a package 3 or 4 must be booked. Per State Park regulations, there is a maximum of 50 guests at all Valley of Fire weddings.
• For more than 25 guests, there is an additional charge of $100 per package.

• A large hand tied 24-rose bouquet for the bride

• For more than 20 guests, a package 3 or 4 must be booked. Per State Park regulations, there is a maximum of 50 guests at all Valley of Fire weddings.

• Our wedding coordinators can help you with all your questions and add any extra photography or flowers that you may want with your package.
• Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable Deposit of 50% will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be charged two weeks before your wedding. The balance is non-refundable at that point, but if you cancel and let us know in advance you can use the whole amount for up to one year from your original wedding date. If you have paid your reservation in full at the time of reservation , we will refund all but the 50% deposit with at least 2 weeks notice. However, no-shows, no calls will be charged the whole amount again to reschedule. We understand that flights get canceled, people get sick, we are always happy to help make your trying time a little easier so if you think you won't make it, please call so we can find a good time to set your new wedding date or time. Exceptions: permits, hair and make-up, yachts, helicopters and gondolas are all non-refundable deposits and are non-transferable.
• Our limousine service is a courtesy limo for up to 8 passengers (Bride & Groom must be in the limo). If you need a larger limo or another limo to accommodate additional guests, we can provide you with the number to a limo company that can accommodate larger groups. To add limo service to and from the court house add an additional $70.
• NOTE: Limo Driver is not responsible for anyone other than the passangers in his vehicle, this includes getting other cars to and from the locations. Here are Directions the the VOF locations:
  • Location / Distance from Las Vegas: Located approximately 50 miles north of Las Vegas. Take Interstate 15 north; exit on Highway 169 (exit 75). Follow the signs to the Valley of Fire.
  • Seven Sisters:  Once inside the main gate, continue straight ahead on the main road.  Seven Sisters will be on the right.  Look for the sign.  
  • Rainbow Vista:  Once inside the main gate, continue straight ahead on the main road, turn left at the sign for the visitor's center, continue past the visitor's center, up the hill.  Rainbow Vista will be on the right.  Look for the sign.  
  • The Cabins:  Once inside the main gate, continue straight ahead on the main road.  You will pass Seven Sisters on your right, continue ahead and The Cabins will be on your left. Look for the sign.

* Any damage done to the limo by the wedding group, shall be charged to the bride and grooms credit card to fix any damages. No photography will be delivered until the limo company is satisfied.
