Pahrump Valley Winery - Wedding Packages

• Minister – includes traditional or civil ceremony (all fees included)

• Either before or after the ceremony at the winery, drive through Red Rock Canyon for additional pictures at a beautiful, scenic overlook

• "Symphony’s gourmet restaurant at the Pahrump Valley Winery may be reserved for dinner (based upon availability) for up to 10 guests. For more than 10 guests, a restaurant buyout can be done (for up to 40 guests). Our wedding coordinators can help you with restaurant reservations".
• "Lunch reservations are not accepted, although walk-ins are welcome based upon availability".
• Our wedding coordinators can help you with all your questions and add any extra photography or flowers that you may want with your package.
• Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable Deposit of 50% will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be charged two weeks before your wedding. The balance is non-refundable at that point, but if you cancel and let us know in advance you can use the whole amount for up to one year from your original wedding date. If you have paid your reservation in full at the time of reservation , we will refund all but the 50% deposit with at least 2 weeks notice. However, no-shows, no calls will be charged the whole amount again to reschedule. We understand that flights get canceled, people get sick, we are always happy to help make your trying time a little easier so if you think you won't make it, please call so we can find a good time to set your new wedding date or time. Exceptions: permits, hair and make-up, yachts, helicopters and gondolas are all non-refundable deposits and are non-transferable.
• Our limousine service is a courtesy limo for up to 8 passengers (Bride & Groom must be in the limo). If you need a larger limo or another limo to accommodate additional guests, we can provide you with the number to a limo company that can accommodate larger groups. To add limo service to and from the court house add an additional $70.
  

* Any damage done to the limo by the wedding group, shall be charged to the bride and grooms credit card to fix any damages. No photography will be delivered until the limo company is satisfied.

• The Pahrump Valley Winery can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests.  White benches for your guests will be provided upon request for your wedding ceremony.  If you would like seats available for the ceremony, please speak with one of our wedding coordinators. Add an additional $120 for limo to stay at the Winery if Bride & Groom stay to eat.
