Las Vegas Wedding Transportation Services

Transportation is not included in our affordable Las Vegas Wedding packages, but our pricing reflects this. We can book a sedan or limousine for you to accommodate from 2-21 passengers.  There are many options for transportation to meet your specific needs and we want you to have what is best for you. You can book luxury mini buses, limousines, SUVs, exotic cars, antique cars, etc…, so we want to help you choose what is best for your special day!

After your Las Vegas Wedding, you may also want some extra transportation time to go out to dinner or sightsee.  We can arrange this for you and you will have a fantastic time in Las Vegas!

We can reserve the following transportation on your behalf.  Please note that your credit card will be charged a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total estimated cost for the total services due by the transportation company in order to confirm services.

Cadillac Escalade ESV

Stretch Limousine

• Up to 6 passengers

Stretch Cadillac Escalade

• Up to 14 passengers
• $112.00/hour

Luxury Minibus

• Up to 21 passengers
• $82.00/hour

 

Please note that pricing INCLUDES driver gratuity.  There is a 1 ½  hour minimum for Red Rock Canyon, a 2 ½ hour minimum for Nelson Ghost Town, Valley of Fire, and Mt. Charleston, and a 3 hour minimum for Pahrump Valley Winery.

Transportation Services Terms and Conditions

PRICING OF SERVICES

The Client hereby agrees to the pricing of services in accordance with the pricing structure in effect at the time the reservation is made. Said pricing structure is public record and is available upon request. The Client consents to the said pricing structure regardless of whether or not such pricing structure is requested or reviewed.  Packaged pricing shall be paid at the contracted guaranteed by the contract signor or responsible party, if said contract signor is acting on their behalf.

A minimum deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost for the total services is due two weeks prior to your wedding or photo shoot date in order to confirm said services and will be paid on your behalf directly to the transportation company. The guaranteed number of people shall be committed to in writing and payment received in full by a minimum of seven days in advance of the first day said contracted services are to begin.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Reservations confirmed via contract must be signed by an authorized signor on your behalf and an authorized transportation company representative.

BILLINGS

Charges to your credit card account will be made as services are rendered and/or due for services contracted, ordered and provided.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY  24 Hours Prior To Scheduled Reservation
Any additions, changes, or cancellations must be committed to in writing. Any additions will be charged at the time they are added at the same rate, unless otherwise agreed upon. Changes will be accommodated whenever possible, and fees collected accordingly. Refunds will not apply to cancellations that cause the actual number of people to fall under the previously guaranteed number and amount of the collected payment. Consideration and review will be given to such situations as they arise. Any consideration or refunds will be agreed upon by the transportation company in writing and will be made in the same form as payment was made.
