Helpful Wedding Information

Wedding Checklist:
- Call us when you get in to town. (702-553-1096)
- Let us know you're here, what hotel you are staying at and whose name the room is under. (This way we can get a hold of you if your cell phone does not work).
- We will need to schedule your limo pick-up times.
- At the Marriage license Bureau, you will need $60 cash and each of you must have a valid picture ID.
- Please be sure to bring your marriage license to your scheduled wedding ceremony. You must have all 3 parts (just bring everything they give you we will explain them all to you).
- You must be ready for when it is time for your limo pick up; driver will only wait a max of ten minutes and will not wait for your guests.
- At your wedding, we cannot wait on guests to arrive and all guests should plan to arrive early. Please explain this to them. If they are late, we will have to start with out them.
- If you have a location wedding and have any questions about it, please never contact the hotel or hotel chapel because they cannot help you. We only perform weddings in public locations or your hotel room.

Wedding License Pricing and Information:
It is $60 US dollars at the Clark County Courthouse to pick up your marriage license. You both must be present and have proper photo identification. No matter what sign you see or what someone tells you, you can only get a marriage license at the Courthouse. You must have a license to get married. If someone marries you with out one unless it is a renewal of vows or "commitment ceremony" they are breaking the law and it is not a legal marriage ceremony.

The Courthouse is Open 7 days a week from 8 AM until 12 AM (midnight). Below are links to the Marriage license Bureau website and a map to the Courthouse.
To add limo service to and from the court house add an additional $70.
Online Marriage License Application
A certified copy of your marriage is $15.00 if you yourself order it, but it can take the Clark County Recorder 4-6 weeks to deliver it to you.
If you need the certified copy right away, Scenic Las Vegas Weddings can record your marriage the first business day after your wedding, then pick up a certified copy on the following business day and mail it to you via priority mail or deliver it to your hotel (if you are still here in town). There is for an additional fee of $100.00 for this service.
