• There is an additional $500 deposit for Grand Canyon Package when we receive your reservation that goes toward holding the helicopter for you on your wedding day. There is no increase in the price of package; just a larger deposit is required for this package. The deposit consists of 50% of the package price plus $500 to hold the helicopter. Two weeks prior to your wedding, we will charge the remaining balance of your package to your credit card.
• Please note, the additional price of $500 if you want a sunset time is a charge from the helicopter company. Scenic Las Vegas Weddings does NOT recommend sunset for Grand Canyon weddings. The lighting is much better early in the day because you are in a Canyon and you will never see sunset while you are still in the Canyon, it would only be on the flight back (no actual sunset photos).

At Scenic Las Vegas Weddings, we try hard to keep our packages reasonable for our brides and grooms!

• Our wedding coordinators can help you with all your questions and add any extra photography or flowers that you may want with your package.
• Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable Deposit of 50% will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be charged two weeks before your wedding. The balance is non-refundable at that point, but if you cancel and let us know in advance you can use the whole amount for up to one year from your original wedding date. If you have paid your reservation in full at the time of reservation , we will refund all but the 50% deposit with at least 2 weeks notice. However, no-shows, no calls will be charged the whole amount again to reschedule. We understand that flights get canceled, people get sick, we are always happy to help make your trying time a little easier so if you think you won't make it, please call so we can find a good time to set your new wedding date or time. Exceptions: permits, hair and make-up, yachts, helicopters and gondolas are all non-refundable deposits and are non-transferable.
• Our limousine service is a courtesy limo for up to 8 passengers (Bride & Groom must be in the limo). If you need a larger limo or another limo to accommodate additional guests, we can provide you with the number to a limo company that can accommodate larger groups. To add limo service to and from the court house add an additional $70.

* Any damage done to the limo by the wedding group, shall be charged to the bride and grooms credit card to fix any damages. No photography will be delivered until the limo company is satisfied.
