Deposit / Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable Deposit of 50% will be charged to your account and the remaining balance will be charged two weeks before your wedding. The balance is non-refundable at that point, but if you cancel and let us know in advance you can use the whole amount for up to one year from your original wedding date. If you have paid your reservation in full at the time of reservation , we will refund all but the 50% deposit with at least 2 weeks notice. However, no-shows, no calls will be charged the whole amount again to reschedule. We understand that flights get canceled, people get sick, we are always happy to help make your trying time a little easier so if you think you won't make it, please call so we can find a good time to set your new wedding date or time. Exceptions: permits, hair and make-up, yachts, helicopters and gondolas are all non-refundable deposits and are non-transferable.
